All packages provide up to 10 hours of coverage including travel time. Additional hours are billed at $60 per hour, per photographer. (See below for additional package details.) Non-Saturday events receive a 10% discount on packages. Payment for package and selected add-ons is due as follows: one-third due at contract signing (refundable up to 30 days), one-third due 30 days prior to your wedding date, and remainder due the day before your wedding day. For à la carte prints and add-ons selected after contract signing, payment is due at time of order.

A Standard CD includes all hi-resolution (unretouched) images with full copyright release in a jewel case. Deluxe CD also includes a presentation folder with a 5x5 print from your wedding.

Wedding Albums are available in your choice of three different styles (click for descriptions): Art-Book, Flush-Mount and Traditional. Albums include up to 25 pages (50 sides) and up to 100 photos in a 10x10 album. For Traditional Albums, the number of images included may be limited based on the print size you select. For example, the album can hold 50 8x10s or 100 5x7s or a combination of sizes that fit into no more than 50 sides. An 8x8-size album in any style can be substituted (less $300) and comes with 10 pages (20 sides) and up to 50 images.

The number of proofs you will receive depends on two factors: the number of photographers shooting your event and the number of hours the photographer(s) stay at the event. Shorter events typically generate 300-400 proofs, while longer events, that include the bride/groom getting ready and full reception coverage generate approximately 500-700 proofs. Proofs are delivered as 4x6 prints and are yours to keep.

Turnaround time varies (and is not guaranteed) but most proofs and CDs are delivered within three weeks of your wedding. You can receive your proofs online within one week with our Online Photo Album option. (See Add-Ons section below.) Depending on the size of your print order, prints are delivered in approximately three weeks from the time you place your order. Albums take six to eight weeks from the time of your order.

Add-Ons

Prepaid Print Credit: Receive discounted pricing for print orders when you select a Prepaid Print Credit with your package at the time of your contract signing. Prints must be ordered within 90 days of receiving your proofs; otherwise, discount amount is forfeited and actual dollar amount paid will be used toward your
print order. Credit can be used toward the purchase of any size prints and thank you cards.

Parent Album - $150
A duplicate of your album is recreated as a 7x7-size, Art-Book style album. (Storage box not included.) Album purchase (any style) is required.

Engagement Photo Session and Signature Portrait - $195
Includes a one-hour photo session in our studio (or in your home for an additional $100), (1) 4x6 for newspaper announcement, (2) 5x7s and (1) 8x10 with 16x20 mat for Signature Portrait. (Frame not included.) Only one image will be used for all prints.

DVD slideshow - $150
Select 75 images and your favorite song and receive a playable DVD slideshow presented in a leather keepsake folio with 5x5 print. Song must be provided to us on CD.

Online Photo Album - $150
Share all your proofs online with your family and friends. Your proofs will be posted online within one week of your wedding and hosted free for six months. Visitors will be able to contact us about ordering prints from the online proofs; however, direct online ordering is not included. Check out our available styles: style 1 and style 2

Prints à la Carte Reprints (from same image)

Multi-Print Discount:
For multiple copies of the same image but in different sizes, you’ll pay the 1st print price for the largest size you want and the reprint price for each additional smaller size you want. All prints must be ordered at the same time. Additional prints of the same image ordered at a different time and/or larger size will be priced at the 1st print price.
